Jessie Carter
Jesse is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience spanning investment brokerage and real estate development. A graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Financial Management, Jesse spent the first seven years of his career specializing in investment real estate brokerage, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and market strategy. His expertise then expanded into real estate development, where he has spent more than five years overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects.
As a Partner with Streams Development, Jesse focuses on identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities and working through project approvals with Equity and Management partners. His deep understanding of market trends, financial modeling, and strategic growth initiatives enables him to drive the company’s development efforts and contribute significantly to its continued growth and success.
Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He is a proud graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 46 and was recognized in the 2020 Inaugural Class of Forty Under 40 as one of Greenville’s up and coming professionals based on success and community involvement. Most recently, Jesse was recognized in 2024 as Greenville Business Magazine's Best & Brightest 35 and Under.
