William Westcott is a Senior Advisor with Blackstream Commercial Real Estate, serving clients across the Greenville, Columbia, and Charleston markets.
With more than 30 years of experience as a Taco Bell, KFC, and Sonic franchisee, William brings firsthand knowledge of the restaurant and retail industries to his advisory role. This background provides him with a unique perspective on business operations, site selection, and investment strategy. Today, he specializes in the sale of retail investments, including multi-tenant and single-tenant properties, as well as sale-leaseback opportunities.
In addition to his professional work, William is deeply committed to community service. He serves as President of the Saint Vincent de Paul Society at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Columbia, supporting efforts to assist the homeless community. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Orangeburg County YMCA and previously served as President of the KFC Advertising Co-Op for the Columbia SC ADI.
Outside of work, William enjoys spending time with his three sons—whether on the golf course, at the pool, playing video games, or volunteering together.
