As Talent Acquisition Manager for Blackstream Commercial Real Estate, Mimi Robinson plays a key role in attracting and recruiting top-performing professionals to join the firm. She works closely with leadership to identify talent across the Carolinas, evaluate candidates’ strengths, and align their expertise with the company’s long-term vision for growth.
Mimi has been with Blackstream since its early days, first serving as Operations and Services Manager where she provided essential organizational support to both management and staff. This early involvement gave her a deep understanding of the firm’s culture, values, and commitment to excellence—insight she now leverages in her recruitment efforts.
With a professional background that spans more than 20 years in writing, editing, and research, Mimi brings exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to her role. A former high school English teacher with degrees in Journalism and Theatre, she combines clarity, organization, and creativity to connect with candidates and colleagues alike.
Since relocating to Greenville from Aiken, South Carolina in 2016, Mimi has embraced the city’s vibrant culture. She enjoys exploring the performing arts scene, walking the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and discovering Greenville’s culinary offerings. Fluent in Spanish, she also engages with the area’s Spanish-speaking community, further extending her ability to build meaningful connections.
