John Clark Kent brings more than 30 years of corporate finance and real estate experience to his role as a Senior Advisor with Blackstream Commercial Real Estate. Before entering real estate in 2005, John held senior financial executive positions with global corporations including American Airlines and Marriott, where he developed expertise in strategic planning, operations, and investment analysis.
Licensed in both North and South Carolina, John leverages his background in finance and his advanced education to provide clients with sophisticated, results-driven guidance. He holds an MBA as well as a Master of Real Estate (MRE), a credential held by only a select few in the Carolinas that focuses on property marketing, valuation, and financial returns.
